    "Detailer was friendly and professional. However, on his first visit he provided an interior/exterior "cleaning". When I mentioned I had ordered and paid for a show-room detail, he stated that he had not gotten that note with the order. He did make an appointment to return. On his second visit, most of the detail was accomplished and looked great. However, even though I specifically mentioned cleaning the headliner and performing a hand wax on the exterior, the wax job was never performed. The detailer stated it was too labor intensive and he would have to "waste a whole day" if he waxed the car. So he wiped some spray on it. I do not feel I got everything I paid for."
