I'm a first time customer for National Detail Pros.com. It was a rocky beginning. I scheduled my appointment online and chose a morning window because I had afternoon plans. National called later the same day to tell me the detailer couldn't come in the morning and they couldn't find anyone else to cover that time. We worked out an alternate time that was workable, the customer service associate (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was extremely sympathetic to my needs/time, she was very professional and patient while we worked out a better time for everyone. Once the detailer arrived I was impressed by his professionalism and enthusiasm, he wanted to get started right away. I am very pleased with the service Ronald provided. He was friendly and professional and cleaned up the area he was working in when he was done. Ronald took my mess of a car and turned it into a work of art. My neighbor was impressed too, I was happy to recommend National even with the scheduling issue. I can't wait to take my car out for a long drive again! Thank you!!!

I want to start by saying that the detailer definitely worked very hard. He was cleaning my car for at least 5 hours and it looks a million times better than when he started. I only had a few minor issues: the cup holders and pockets in the back door weren't cleaned, the cup holders up front could have been better, my 3rd row seats weren't folded down and therefore not cleaned at all. Overall, it was a great service, though I'm not sure I would pay the high cost to do it again.
