Products Store
Return Policy
We accept returns for all unopened, unused and unhampered products within 30 days of your order date for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. If an order qualified for free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount). You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions for your return by clicking here. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and postage costs.
Missing or Damaged Items
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for claims for missing or damaged items by clicking here.
Defective Warranties
Items subject to replacement only within the manufacturers warranty and in accordance with the manufactures warranty terms. All warranties are to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to 15% restocking and shipping fees.
Incorrect Shipping Address
In the event that you enter an incorrect shipping address AND a package is recoverable, you're responsible for the new shipping cost.
Lost Packages
If a package shows delivered, National Detail Pros™ is not liable or responsible to replace the order.

By continuing to access and use this website or Services after these Terms and Conditions has been modified, you are agreeing to such modifications. Therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions prior to each use.
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms include an agreement to mandatory arbitration for any dispute or claim (meaning you agree to submit any dispute or claim related to National Detail Pros™ rather than proceeding in court). If you opt out of this mandatory arbitration agreement, the provision agreement is outlined below describes the procedures you must follow. This agreement also includes a class action waiver (meaning you agree to proceed with any dispute individually and not apart of a class action suit). These terms and conditions also include a jury waiver.
You will also have access via mobile devices. If and when available for your device, you may download and use the National Detail Pros™’s Mobile App (“Mobile Application”).
Detail Cancellations
You may cancel your detail directly with National Detail Pros™ (not the detail professional) more than 1 full calendar day (not 24 hours) before your original appointment date ( or rescheduled appointment that was not rescheduled within the cancellation period) without incurring any cancellation fees or charges. If the weather is bad and you need to reschedule your appointment there are no rescheduling fees or cancellation fees if the appointment is rescheduled. Rescheduling a detail within the cancellation period does not constitute a new cancellation window. All reschedule requests are subject to soonest availability of the detail professional.We hold your specific appointment day and time for you and cannot schedule other customers in this window and because of this our cancellation fee is as follows: The fee for not cancelling more than 1 day before your appointment is 25% of your requested detail. In the case that you've requested a rush service, you will also be charged the full rush fee. Rush services require us to rearrange our schedule, call in detailers from out of the area, or detailers that are off to accommodate your rush needs, so no refunds are given on the rush fee portion of the detail request. If the detail professional shows up on site and you wish to cancel your detail appointment before the detailer commences upon the work, you'll be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the travel and time involved with the detail professional coming to the primes. If the detail professional commences upon the work and you wish to cancel, you'll be charged the full amount of the detail. If you cancel only part of a service within the cancellation window, that service will be subject to 25% cancellation fee.

National Detail Pros™ does not imply in any way or form that we're the company performing the detailing service. Any and all payments made to National Detail Pros™ is strictly a referral fee for our service to you, providing you with a top rated customer rated detailer and for the service and convenience of using National Detail Pros™ to line you up with an independent local detailer. All payments made to National Detail Pros™ are NOT for the detail performed.
All of our Detailers are screened via customer reviews and checked to the best of our ability. We’ve taken the guesswork out of “choosing” an exceptionally great Detailer so you get a great detail the first time! We’ve done tens-of-thousands of details in each region and have “weeded out” the bad Detailers through customer reviews. All our Detailers must maintain their “A+” Rating to stay apart of our detailing program. Lets face it, most people don’t get their car detailed often and it would take you 3-4 details before finally finding that “Good Detailer”.
Additionally, you will be covered by the “National Detail Pros™ Service Guarantee” the terms and conditions of which are written herein.
Here at National Detail Pros™, our number one goal is to provide you with access to an outstanding local detailer your first time, rather than searching for a “Good Detailer”, detail after detail. We’ve taken the guesswork out of finding that “Perfect Detailer”. We do this by doing thousands of details in each region, obtaining customer reviews and only using Detailers who maintain positive customer feedback.
Booking a Detail
You may schedule professional mobile detailing services for providers working with National Detail Pros™ online at https://nationaldetailpros.com, via the Mobile App, or by calling customer service at (800) 601-0626. The detail will include the type and scope of the services to be performed, the requested date and time of the service(s), the location at which the service(s) will be rendered, and the estimated cost.
By submitting your information to schedule a detail, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) That by clicking "I agree to terms and conditions" that this constitutes as a legally binding contract between yourself and National Detail Pros™, agreeing to pay for the referral service in full with the payment method provided. 2) National Detail Pros™ is strictly a referral service may not be the explicit provider of the detailing services. We provide you with a local, independent detailer at our sole discretion. We strive to provide you with an outstanding and unbeatable detailing experience via our strict detailer screening and customer review algorithm. We refer (without liability) and send an independent detailer that we have deemed highly rated. Because we do thousands of details per year in each region, our algorithm quickly weeds out the bad detailers. Our detailers also value the business we send them and thus go over and above for our customers ensuring they continue to receive work. Our service enables you to have an excellent detailing experience the first time without you having to "guess" which company will do a good job. 3) National Detail Pros™'s scope of responsibility and liability is limited to providing you an easy scheduling experience and a detailing technician in your area. 4) All payments made to National Detail Pros™ are our fees for referral and services, not explicitly the detail. After completion of your service, the applicable service fee will be applied 100% towards the total cost of your detail ordered. In the rare event that we are unable to provide you with a detailer for your service, your referral fee will be refunded in full. 5) The scope of the detail service is explicitly limited to the itemized list of inclusions (if you are unsure about an item, please click the link for more information or ask our office). Assumptions about inclusions or item substitutions agreed to with the technician do not constitute a valid reason to claim of incomplete or an unrendered service. 6) The price estimated on https://nationaldetailpros.com for each service is the total cost for average condition vehicles for the specific service chosen; However in the rare event that the detailer determines that the scope of services required is greater than normal or a vehicle is abnormally dirty (such as, but not limited to pet hair, sand, bio waste, excessive dirtiness etc.), an additional charge may be discussed with you and added to your final bill. You have the right to decline any additional charges. At this point, the detail professional (at their discretion) reserves the right to make reasonable efforts, allotting a normal amount of time required to complete the standard service. If the technician deems it is not possible, and you're unable to agree to an additional fee, you then have the right to cancel the service (a minimum service fee applies). Gift cards are exempt from refunds and can be used for any other service or product on our online store.
Your Responsibilities
When booking a detail, you agree that: (a) You have the right to grant the detail professional access to the premises and vehicle to perform the services. In the event that you are booking an appointment at a location that you do not have authorization to grant access, it is your responsibility to secure authorization prior to the detail. If we are performing a service at a campground or marina, we highly recommend getting approval from the site manager and find out any special requirements. In the event that authorization is not obtained and a detail must be cancelled or rescheduled, any applicable fees may apply. (b) All information entered for the detail is correct as outlined in your confirmation e-mail and orders page. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is correct regardless of who books the appointment (you, us or anyone else). We recommend booking the appointment yourself online to reduce errors, however if you chose to have us do it for you, it is your responsibility to verify the information is correct after booking. We are not liable for inaccurate information when we book for you. If we’re unable to perform a detail because information is inaccurate, you can liable for applicable any applicable fees. Claims to not receiving a confirmation email do not constitute a defense for inaccurate information.
Detailing Methods
We do not guarantee or imply any such method, procedure, process, technique or way that any particular service will be performed. The detailing professional will perform the techniques and methods that they are best familiar with and deems necessary for the situation. Ultimately, the outcome of the detail will be the same. Examples of this are as follows but not limited to: 1) Waterless carwash - This is a very common method for cleaning vehicles. This is mandatory and required in some regions. We perform this service is a safe and eco-friendly way. 2) Shampooing carpets & upholstery - Some technicians prefer to perform these services by hand. Although it does take a lot longer, they often achieve better results this way. 3) Waxing by hand or with a buffer - If you wax with a buffer or by hand, ultimately the results are the same. Using a buffer does not do a better job, only speeds up the process. If you are wanting the detailer to use a buffer to remove minor scratches or swirls, then you need to select a package that includes compounding as that is what removes imperfections in the paint.
Multi Vehicle Discounts / Gift Card Discounts
Multi vehicle discounts are applied at the completion of your detailing service when your payment is processed. Discounts are on qualified services only, generally but not limited to full detailing packages. Only gift cards over $135.00 are eligible for multi-vehicle discounts. Additional services, rush fees, tips and added fees are not subject to discounts.
General
Your Account
You will be able to book a detail service or purchase products from National Detail Pros™ without registering; However, you will not be able to take full advantage of all National Detail Pros™ has to offer unless you register and create an account with National Detail Pros™ If you complete the account registration process, you will provide certain personal information, and will create a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and are fully responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your username, password and/or Account. You agree to immediately notify National Detail Pros™ of any unauthorized use of your username, password or account or any other breach of security. National Detail Pros™ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
When creating an account with National Detail Pros™, via the Mobile Application or otherwise, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted, and (b) maintain and promptly inform us to update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if National Detail Pros™ has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, National Detail Pros™ has the right to terminate your account, suspend or terminate your detail order(s), and prohibit any and all current or future use of the Site and Services (or any portion thereof) by you.
Reviews and User Content
https://nationaldetailpros.com may enable you to post your own content on the Site, such as Feedback (as defined below) regarding the Services or the Service Professional. We reserve the right to remove any Feedback, including any unfavorable feedback. If you are a present or former employee, an employer, an immediate family member, or if you have any relationship to the detail professional beyond that of a consumer, and you post Feedback about the detail professional, you agree to fully disclose your affiliation with the detail professional in any Feedback you post on the Site. National Detail Pros™ shall become the owner of any reviews, comments, suggestions or other feedback regarding the services posted to https://nationaldetailpros.com, any of National Detail Pros™ social media pages, and other websites where “feedback” is gathered. National Detail Pros™ will not be required to treat any Feedback as confidential, and will not be liable for any Feedback posted and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear. Without limitation, National Detail Pros™ has ownership of all present and future existing rights to any feedback of every kind and nature everywhere and will be entitled to use the Feedback for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation and to you or any other person sending the Feedback. The National Detail Pros™ Service Guarantee can be terminated at any time in whole or in part. We do not guarantee the course of action taken by any independent detailer in regards to trying to resolve a dispute for services. We only moderate and facilitate the arbitration (without the use of legal aid) to try and resolve the issue between customer and independent detailer. The technician that performed the original detail is the technician is responsible for fixing any quality issues.

ALTHOUGH WE MAKE OUR BEST EFFORTS TO WEED OUT BAD DETAILERS THROUGH CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND OTHER METRICS, National Detail Pros™ MAKES NO CLAIM TO THE QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM OR EXPERIENCE OF THE DETAILING TECHNICIAN. WE STRICTLY PROVIDE A PAID SERVICE TOOL FOR CUSTOMERS TO HELP CUSTOMERS LOCATE DETAILING TECHNICIANS IN THEIR LOCAL AREA. WE USE THESE REVIEWS TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY TO MODERATE AND REFER THE BEST DETAILERS POSSIBLE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. IN NO EVENT WILL National Detail Pros™' LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE REFERRAL FEE. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF, RELATED TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ABOVE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR OUR REFERRAL FEE. EACH DETAILING CONTRACTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, AND AT THIS OWN DISCRETION OBTAIN THEIR OWN INSURANCE, WORKERS COMPENSATION AND OTHER POLICIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the National Detail Pros™ and affiliates against all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including any reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting or arising from or relating to your use of the Site or the Materials, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement or violation of any rights of another.
Payments
By "clicking to agree to terms and conditions" and submitting your payment information, you agree and are digitally signing that you agree our legally binding terms and conditions listed herein entirely, including paying for your referral service to a detailer and/or store products in full via your payment method placed on file. Acceptance of your confirmation email furthermore constitutes and this agreeance. You authorize your payment method to be charged and agree to pay the full amount of the items ordered in your shopping cart and further confirmed in your confirmation email. Any additional fees relating to detailing services that you've authorized directly with the detailing technician (which will be authorized and signed for if applicable) will also be charged directly to the payment method on file. You will be notified via text and email of any such additional charges. If you feel these charges were added in error, please contact us immediately as after 24 hours they can become final part of your bill. 99.8% of our customers are thrilled and amazed with their detailing service, but results may vary on each detail service performed, some better than others. We make our very best attempt to perform the most amazing detailing services possible; However because with any service, results are always very subjective and will vary and results are not guaranteed, implicitly or explicitly, and are not inferred or implied. You agree via your digital signature and by agreeing and accepting to our terms and conditions, that by purchasing products and/or scheduling your detail with, you agree to pay for the service in full in accordance with your payment method issuers agreement, regardless to any claim to quality, completeness or the final outcome of the detail and/or quality of store products. Furthermore, We recommend that you're on-site to inspect the detail and review the service. Strictly as a courtesy, we may ask you to sign paperwork at the completion of your detail if on-site; however this is not required payment in full is not subject to any further signatures beyond your digital signature you agree to provide when booking your appointment. Our technician is more than happy to try and fix any issues directly with you before they leave. If you're unable to be on-site to review the detail service, you agree to withdrawal all rights to claims against quality or incompleteness and still agree to pay for the service in full.
Non-receipt of Confirmation Email
Any claim that you did not receive a confirmation email does not constitute or warrant voiding any terms listed herein and your order is still considered valid and finalized. In addition to your confirmation email, you are taken to a confirmation screen itemizing and showing you your order details.
Non-payment and Charge-backs
If payment is not made, the amount owed shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less) until all amounts owed, including the interest, penalties, fees, etc. have been paid in full. In addition, you agree to bear all of our costs of collection, including our attorneys’ fees and other legal expenses. If a payment is charged back, you will be liable for the charge-back fees, original detail amount, interest, expenses incurred, collections fees and damages associated with recovering the charge-back. A $75.00 charge-back fee will be assessed for each transaction.
In the rare event that we make a billing error, we advise you to contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately. Charging back a transaction for this reason is still subject to the charge-back fee of $75.00 as we get charged a fee for the charge-back. We are more than happy to address and fix the issue.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used to purchase store products or schedule a mobile detail. Our gift cards do not expire or incur any balance fees. As long as you have the gift card, we will honor it's purchase. When purchasing a gift card, a printable copy will be immediately emailed to you. Gift cards are non-refundable and only in the rare event that we're unable to service the gift card recipients location, we will happily refund the gift card no questions asked. "Not receiving" a gift card does not constitute or imply a refund will be given. We will make every effort to resend gift cards via email or mail to specially accommodate you and make sure you get the gift card. If a gift card is lost or stolen, National Detail Pros™ is not responsible to locate such gift cards. The gift card number is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and recipient and should be treated with care. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be recovered or reprocessed. Gift cards can only be used towards the original detail purchase and not additional fees or gratuity.
Liens
If you make all payments as required under these Terms and Conditions, no security interest will be placed against your property by National Detail Pros™ If a security interest is placed against your property, it creates a lien or another claim against your property to secure payment and may cause a loss of your property if you fail to pay as required.
Geographical Limits of Service
National Detail Pros™ does not guarantee service in all geographical areas and we are not liable in the event that we don’t service your area. By booking your detail online we’re not guaranteeing we service your area. In the event that we don’t service your area we will notify you of the cancellation and no charges will be made to your credit card. National Detail Pros™ makes no representation that materials contained on https://nationaldetailpros.com or Services or products described or offered on or via the Site are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the United States, or that these Terms and Conditions complies with the laws of any other country. Visitors who use the Site or Services and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You agree that you will not access this Site from any territory where its contents are illegal, and that you, and not National Detail Pros™ and affiliates, are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Termination of Site Usage
You agree to use https://nationaldetailpros.com only for lawful purposes, and that you are responsible for your use of and communications on https://nationaldetailpros.com, which must comply with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use this Site in any manner that interferes with its normal operation or with any other user’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You will not attempt in any way to reverse engineer, alter, modify, eliminate, conceal, or otherwise render inoperable or ineffective the Site or its functionality.

Arbitration
We stand behind our mobile detailing service with our National Detail Pros™ Satisfaction Guarantee! We strive to not only meet but exceed your expectations on every detail! Our service guarantee we allows you to review your vehicle before the Detailer leaves ensuring your happy with the detail. After reviewing your vehicle the Detailer will be more than happy to fix anything you may see. All of our Detailers strive to exceed every customers expectations; However our service guarantee can not be promised if your not present for the detail to review the work. National Detail Pros™ Service Guarantee is our way of standing behind the Services. However, there may be instances when your not happy with the resolution. National Detail Pros™ Services Guarantee only implies that we will make our best efforts to offer mediation between you and the detailing technician to resole any issues. The technician that performed the original detail is the technician is responsible for fixing any quality issues.
NO ARBITRATION OR OTHER CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE JOINED TO ANY OTHER ARBITRATION OR CLAIM, INCLUDING ANY ARBITRATION OR CLAIM INVOLVING ANY OTHER CURRENT OR FORMER USER OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, AND NO CLASS ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE PERMITTED. In the event that this CLASS ACTION WAIVER is deemed unenforceable, then any putative class action may only proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration.
National Detail Pros™ AND YOU “USER” AND “RECIPIENT OF DETAIL” BOTH AGREE THAT, WHETHER ANY CLAIM, IS IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, YOU AND National Detail Pros™ BOTH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL INVOLVING ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES BETWEEN US. ANY ARBITRATION, LITIGATION, OR NEGOTIATIONS MUST BE BROUGHT National Detail Pros™ HOME STATE, UTAH. IN ANY SUITE, THE VENUE WILL BE DRAPER, UTAH 84020.
In no event shall any claim, action or proceeding by you related in any way to the Site, the Services, or these Terms and Conditions be instituted more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
Severability Interpretation
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforce-ability of any remaining provisions shall not be affected. When used in these Terms and Conditions, the term “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
Miscellaneous
The failure of the National Detail Pros™ parties to insist upon strict adherence to any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such term and shall not be considered a waiver or limit that party’s right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim of cause of action arising from or relating to use of this Site, the Services, or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or will be forever barred. The “Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability” provisions of these Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of National Detail Pros™ and affiliates as defined herein, and each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
National Detail Pros™ does not guarantee the outcome of any detail performed because every vehicle varies. We do the best physically possible on every detail performed. Any issues or disputes can easily be handled directly with the detail professional when they’re on-site.
In the event that there is an error with our online booking system and your charged incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel your detail appointment. At this point we will attempt to contact you and let you pay the correct booking deposit. If you decide to not pay the correct deposit your welcome to cancel the appointment.
Generally, we perform all our details mobile; However under special circumstances (weather, location etc.) we can not always offer mobile service. We do not guarantee what service method you’ll receive. We will either perform your detail mobile or do a pickup and drop off. Both are FREE with your detail you schedule. If your detail needs to be picked up and dropped off, we will contact you shortly after you schedule your detail to let you know when we will pick up for the vehicle for your detail.
