I am overall happy with the detail. I did find that the techs are not using the products you advertise! I paid extra for the clay bar wax to remove water spots particularly on the back trunk scoop and when I asked about the spots not being removed and that I paid an addional for the clay bar the lead tech said he used something else in a spray and could not get the spots out. I am just concerned that if he was using what I paid for it may have produced better results. Its important I think to use what is advertised in getting all that you paid for. Thanks.
