They did a good job. Detailer was respectful, thorough, and cooperative. My appointment was scheduled for 12/29/20 between noon and 3pm. By 3pm no one had called or shown up do I contacted the company they explained that the detailer might be running behind from a previous job and they will try to get in touch with the driver. By 5pm I hadn’t received a phone call from the detailer. I called back and the customer representative stated that they tried to contact the detailer twice but hasn’t spoke with him, but they would try again. Within minutes I received a phone call from the detailer who explained that he was told the appointment was for the following day. He asked if I would like to reschedule. I agreed to the following day. The next day, the detailer contacted me via phone. I didn’t hear my phone. When I checked my phone I noticed he called. I called him back and he said he was in my area. I asked if he ring the doorbell, and he stated he had not. I asked if he could come bank and he obliged. After waiting about 30 minutes, I called for an ETA. He said he had to stop at the store to purchase gloves, and he was around the corner. He arrived soon after. They took about an hour and a half, as he said he would. He was with two teenagers. They did a great job in a short amount of time. I would have liked to get the job done in the scheduled day; I also would have liked for him to ring the doorbell. I feel like the carpet and rugs were wetter than I would’ve liked. Overall, my mom liked it very much. He came back after he left; I appreciate that. They worked efficiently. I don’t know if I’ll use the service again because I lost an entire waiting for them and my schedule doesn’t permit scheduling mishaps.
