Detailer did an excellent job! He was very competent and thorough and employed all the necessary tools with expertise. Once on the job, he was so dedicated that I had to suggest he did enough so he would stop. You don't see that much dedication these days. In term of the performance of those supporting him, there were a few problems. Scheduled for arrival between 8 and 11 am, he did not arrive until after 1 pm. No one called to reschedule, I used the ETA button on the website, but received no reply. After calling to request status, i finally did receive a call back promising a 40 minute arrival, but it still took another hour before he arrived. Finally, though I paid for roof cleaning, I had to provide a ladder (which was a little too short for the job. He should have arrived with an appropriate size ladder. Bottom line: I would use your service again because of the quality work of the Detailer, not the scheduling accuracy and ETA feedback of the back-office support.

He was very good. But when he was done and gone my battery was dead. He was not able to come back cause he got a flat tire so I had to ask my neighbor for a jump. I believe since the car doors were open for a couple hours the light stayed on in the car and drained the battery. I am sure the detailer heard the blinkers blinkingg very fast. That should of been a warning that something was wrong.

Kevin did an excellent job! Couldn’t be happier. Thanks! Only suggestion is to extend your arrival window to 4 hours. I was scheduled for 12-3, and he arrived at 4. It wasn’t a big deal but an earlier update with the new time would have been helpful. Thanks- we will see you next time!
