Overall, I was very satisfied with the detail (both interior and exterior). Although very minor, it was quite inconvenient that the floor mats of the car were left outside after they had left and were still fairly wet. Of course, we didn't have many sunny days here in Michigan, so I had to set them inside the house to dry for a few days before putting them back in the car. It would've been really nice if they had some sort of wet-vac to take care of those so that it wasn't something I had to be concerned about finishing/drying. For a first time buyer of this type of on-site service, I am still very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks!
