Was originally disappointed with the original technician who called an hour before the appointment wanting me to reschedule ... i called the support line and they sent another technician out. This one was willing to work in the rain and look for an alternative by seeing if there was a garage where he could finish up and get the job done right! They quickly sent a new detailer when the first one failed. And i had worked at a wilderness camp had a car that’s from 2004 that never been thouroly cleaned when he finished up my car looked like new with no a single stain . I’m very satisfied
