Overall Ron did a very good job with detailing but there was one problem. Upon completion, I asked him to further address a couple of minor areas to additionally clean which he did without issue. However, after my husband took the car out after the detailing, he noticed he noticed that the switch for controlling the position of the MPH window is now broken. The switch had been adjusted to move that window all the way up and now he can’t move it back to its original position.
