The detailer was fine. However, if you think that the company you booked your detailing with is the company that is doing the work, you're completely mistaken. National Detail Pros is just a booking agency, who accepts your reservation and then after taking your money says the detailer isn't available for the time you accepted. Then, they charge you a cancellation fee if you can't wait until the date they finally send someone. The man who did the work I will use again. I will never go through National Detail Pros again. They add over $100 dollars to the cost of what the local guy who does the work regularly charges, and then charges a cancellation fee when THEY change the agreed upon date. Major scam.
