    "The detailer who came to the house was excellent, however Detail Pros need to better schedule the jobs given out on the same day. My first appointment was scheduled for a start time of 1 to 4. After inquiring at 4:30 I was told he was in PA and would arrive at 8:40 PM. I re-scheduled for the next day, but he did not arrive until 6:47 PM and left at 8:40 PM. I am not sure if this is Detail Pros problem or the detailer who came. He did a great job, but I was not happy with the schedule situation."
