Detailer perform a reasonable job. However, I was disappointed that stains on a cushion did not come out. That was the major reason I has the boat detailed.

The detailer who came to the house was excellent, however Detail Pros need to better schedule the jobs given out on the same day. My first appointment was scheduled for a start time of 1 to 4. After inquiring at 4:30 I was told he was in PA and would arrive at 8:40 PM. I re-scheduled for the next day, but he did not arrive until 6:47 PM and left at 8:40 PM. I am not sure if this is Detail Pros problem or the detailer who came. He did a great job, but I was not happy with the schedule situation.
