It was great of William to come all the way from Baton Rouge, he was very courteous and professional. I gave 4 stars only because I had to redo my windows and there are quite a few spots of film on car from whatever he used outside of car and on windows, that were not noticeable right away before he left. But for the amount of grime and smoke in car he did a fantastic job. If he was closer would definitely use him again and sooner rather than wait a year!!

Excellent. Honorio and his supervisor brought an extractor to remove vomit from the backseat. He and his supervisor were very kind and courteous, and open to correcting missed areas. They both also came at the last minute, after the previously assigned detailer refused to show up. Although the previously assigned detailer had legitimate concerns about not showing up, he was rude over text. He also stated that the Elite Interior Detail was a "basic detail" that wouldn't cover vomit, and he wasn't aware that the National Detail Pros charged as much as they did for it.

He did an excellent job. i expected someone who would be in a rush to get done and get out. On the contrary, he was vert detailed oriented in his detailed work of detailing...what you would hope for right? This will make a major difference in selling our car for top dollar! He was also open and communicative and explained his work and suggestions for us allowing the car to fully dry from upholstery and carpets being shampooed.
