Good Day. Overall, my experience with Nathan was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and on-time. My 2018 Kia Sportage looks great...but not over the top like I was hoping. Nathan did everything he was to but missed a few small details. Regarding the interior, he didn't clean the trunk area(vacuum, dust or wipe the rear sill). He also didn't clean the driver's side door sill very well. And I expected the driver's side floor mat to be cleaner. Regarding the exterior, there were still a few spots of bug remains that I thought could have been removed. As I was having the work done while I was at work, I unfortunately didn't have the time to address these issues with him and that is my fault.
