Alkaline Pre-Soak is a concentrated, versatile formula for automatic and conveyor washes. CW-2019's medium wet foam loosens and removes road film, soil, and bug residues without scrubbing. Penetrates and breaks the bonds holding road film, soil, and bugs to vehicle finishes. Rinses freely and completely to help prevent streaking. Concentrated for economy and cost effectiveness. Hard water tolerant. Safe for clearcoat finishes when used as directed. Final Dilution:150:1. VOC COMPLIANT.
