If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do it the following ways:


-Go to your orders page by going to the "Account" -> "My Account" in the top right, then go to your orders, or click https://nationaldetailpros.com/user-control-panel/order .
-Chat/email into our support team. Pleae do not cancel directly with the detailer but rather our corporate office.
-Call our customer help line at (800)601-0626. If you call not during business hours, please leave a voicemail.
 
We do ask that you give us more than a days notice (48 hours+) to avoid and fees as we do book out days in advance and are holding your time slot.
