Shawn called a day before the detail and we agreed on 8 am Monday. I expected him at that time, and after a no-show at 8 am, I contacted him at 08.20 to find out, if he was on his way. He said he was running late and I told him that I had a commitment at 9am and wasn't available to meet him until 10 am. He arrived finally at 10.30, but I wished he would have contacted me sooner that he was running late. Even though, it says arrival window is between 8 -11, I don't expect someone to be late when we agree on a show time at 8 am the day before. Overall, I am satisfied with the work. My trailer looks clean and shiny now, and that's what I intended. Shawn explained to me that he could not remove the water spot on the glass (windows), unless he uses an abrasive cleaner and that would damage the tint. Is that true? However, I saw how much work for one detailer iit is to do the job, but I don't think it justifies the price. Somewhat on the high side by a couple of hundred Dollars.
